Order Processing Time

We always try our best to process and ship all orders within 3 business days unless otherwise communicated.

Pickup

Pickups are available at 16 Dunnachie St, Mudgee, NSW by appointment only. Please contact Sales@lid-lock.com.au to organize pick-up of your order.

National Australia Shipping

For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post. The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the Check out area and are final. In case of incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside Australia, we use Australia Post who will them make arrangements with international freight forwarders and local carriers. The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the Check out area and are final. In case of incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense.

Tracking Deliveries

A tracking number will automatically be provided to you after an order has shipped, and you will also receive an email confirming your tracking number.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse the package and have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
